The park is great! Paved roads, large sites on concrete with concrete patio and table. Well manicured grass. 50 amp, great telephone and our internet. Their Wi-Fi is OK, not great. The shuttle comes around very often. During the weekend there were a few youngsters and some loud music but was quiet during quiet times. It's a wonderful park and one we will continue to return to.

The park sits a ways off the main road. There are a couple low branches but no damage. The park road is asphalt with concrete pads, 50 amp, table, grass. We were able to have a phone signal but very low. Also computer signal. We have been here before and would stay again. It's very quiet and the personnel are friendly and helpful. Be sure to eat at The Old Country Store in Lorman. The best fried chicken and good buffet. Also tour the Military Park. Interesting.

We stayed here in a 40-footer with 4-slides and a tow vehicle. We had been here in 2007. The park needs maintenance, including the road going up to the Phase 2 campground. We were able to get a site that allowed us a satellite signal and a phone signal (Verizon). Personnel were friendly and helpful. We would stay again when traveling the Parkway.

We stayed here in a 40' footer with 4-slides and a tow vehicle. For a small campground it is well laid out with mostly large sites. Not many sites have a satellite shot though. We were in site 2 with a table, standing BBQ and a shared fire pit. We also had phone service (Verizon). We didn't see the "No Vehicles Over 17500 Pounds" until we were on it. Nowhere for big rigs to turn around until you're in the park. So we stayed anyway. We would stay here again: if the weight limit is removed.

We stayed here in our 40' 4-slide motorhome using one night of Passport and two nights of full rate. We were in site 17 which was level, with some grass, 50 amp, satellite signal and a table. Very quiet and not many other occupants except for the permanent residences. Owner/manager was very friendly, gave good directions and was helpful. It is a long way to the campground from the gate with speed bumps along the way. We would stay here again.

We used our Thousand Trails membership. We were in site A11 with 50 amp and a table, on gravel, grass otherwise. It had just rained and there was standing water at the electrical box plus along the site. We have good telephone and internet. The Wi-Fi is slow. The paved roads are coming apart so there are holes and bumps. Otherwise, it's a good park and one we will return to. Personnel are friendly and helpful.

Park is behind a storage facility, on sparse gravel with no facilities. There is a concrete slab that our back wheels parked on. 30 amp electricity, water, and sewer. We had a satellite signal and phone signal (Verizon). The 8 sites are side by side and narrow. OK for an overnight while traveling the Natchez Trace Parkway.

We were in site 64. Full hookups with 50 amp, table, gravel/grass. Lots of overnighters. Sites in the trees have more width and grass. Well maintained park and personnel are friendly and hopeful. Very quiet. We would stay here again.

Previous review is right on. The owners are working on the car wash and upper RV level. The train does run but doesn't use it's horn. Was a good place for us to tour the area. We did miss the entrance to the campground even though there are two signs. Our qualifications were met: full hookups with 50 amp, level site and satellite reception. A very good overnight campground. Yes, we would stay here again.

We stayed here in a 40' 4-slide motorhome using our AOR membership. The resort is very nice, well maintained and has friendly/helpful personnel. We had 50 amp and table. We were in site G10 looking at the stream. The park is quiet and within distance of The Great Smokey Mountain National Park and Ashville: Biltmore Estate. We had to use blocks under the front jacks to get enough lift to level out our motorhome. Otherwise, the stay was great. We would return again.

We stayed here in our 40' quad slide motorhome in site J4 at the end of the park. The site is very spacious with 50 amp, grass and a table. We had full hookups and a satellite signal. Very quiet. We missed the turn when first arriving and ended up going down the road to turn around. Be careful turning right off the freeway ramp as you could drop down off the road. We would stay here again.

Our site was level and long. We had 50 amp, grass, satellite reception and a table. Along a freeway so there is road noise when outside or have windows open. A great place for overnight camping, plus good hamburgers. We would stay here again.

We camped here in our 40' quad slide motorhome. We were in site 35 which is on gravel and side by side to another RV. We had 50 amp, satellite reception and a table. The personnel are very friendly and helpful. There is WIFI is available. There are trees but we were parked where we could use our satellite system. The park is next to the freeway and noisy. Yes, we would camp here again.

We stayed here in our 40' motorhome with 4 slides. We used our Good Sam membership and were in site 44 with full hookups and 50amps. We also had a table and grass. Sites are large. Other sites may need a sewer hose extension as the hookup is at the back of the sites. Also, bring a water pressure regulator as the water pressure is high. Owners are very friendly and helpful. We visited Devils Tower and Vore Buffalo Jump: beautiful country. We would stay here again.

We camped here in our 40' motorhome with quad slides, using our Good Sam membership. We had 50 amp, level site, table and grass. The site was large. The park is very well landscaped. There are lots of trees but we had a satellite site. The personnel were very nice. We would camp here again.

WI-133 road was bumpy. Beautiful campground right on the Mississippi River. The sites are good and wide with concrete pads (could accommodate our 40' quad slide motorhome), table and fire ring. We had 50 amp, water available but not for hookup all the time. There is a dump station. The negative is the train that runs constantly and blows its horn since there is a crossing at the entrance to the park.

We stayed in site 72 with our 40' quad slide motorhome. Concrete, level site with table, 50 amp and tree. Good WI-FI. We drove to Pierre and toured the Murdo Pioneer Auto Museum which is a must to see. We would stay here again.

We camped here in a 40' quad-slide motorhome with a towed vehicle. We were in site 76, on grass with 50 amp full hookups. There is a railroad behind the campsites but it only runs a couple times during the day. Campground host was friendly and helpful. We would camp here again.

We camped here in our 40' 4-slide motorhome using the Good Sam membership. Well taken care of park and good amenities, even though we didn't use them. We had 50 amp, level site and table. There are tight turns and some trees need trimming. We would stay here again.

We camped here using our Thousand Trails membership in a 40' 4 slide motorhome with tow vehicle. All full hookup sites were full with the KOA full hookup sites mostly empty. We parked in a 30 amp electrical, water site. This part is part Thousand Trails and part KOA. It is pleasant and quiet. A separate entrance is needed for checking in or for people already signed in. There can be in line for awhile when returning. It's an older park with lots of trees. Low branches hit the top of our motorhome. It's hard to maneuver for big rigs but can be done. It has low voltage. We consider this park more a campground than a membership park. We would return - if need be.

We were in site 56A which faced the cabins. Site was large with table and fire pit. Staff and personnel were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was very good and fairly priced. WI-FI was OK. We did not have any cell service from Verizon. Telephone booths are available for credit card use. We'd probably stay here again.

We camped here in a 40' quad-slide motorhome. A beautiful place with lots of anemities. Sites are large, concrete, paved roads, grass, and table. Lots of landscaping. Has fitness building with indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, fitness room. Only item missing is a sauna. We've never rated a park a 10. This is a first in over six years. Yes, we will definitely stay here again - when in the area.

We camped here in a motorhome with 4 slides and a tow vehicle. We were in site 18. The site was very unlevel. We ended up putting down jack blocks (2 each wheel) and we were still unlevel. The ground was soft also so we put a jack through the ground first. Overall it is a nice park and Wi-Fi was ok. Until the sites are level we will probably pass up this park.

Sites are side by side. We were in a pull though which is long. 50 amp with a table and sites are level. Personnel are friendly and helpful. Don't like looking into another RV just an arm length from our RV.

We parked here in our 40' motorhome, 4 slides and tow vehicle. Good place to tourist from. The spaces are tight and some aren't very level. Swimming pool was closed. Staff friendly and helpful. The rate is high but this is a high recreation area. Yes, we will probably stay here again after trying some of the other campgrounds in the area.

We camped here in a 40' motorhome with 4 slides and a tow vehicle. We were in site 17. Had a table. Site was gravel, sporadic grass, and weeds. Campground was initially bare of RVs or tents. Pretty quiet and host was friendly. Showers were being painted. Nothing much around to see or do. Would stay again.

Absolutely our favorite park. Must enjoy silence, beauty and being away from everything. This park has everything but sewer at every site. If you are comfortable with peace, this is the park for you. Hosts are pleasant and helpful. We'd came back whenever we can.

We camped here in a 40' 4 slide motor home using a military discount. We were in space 463 which is concrete with enough room for our tow vehicle. A lounge is furnished with the site. Small tree and shrubs divide the sites. Internet is extremely pricey so we didn't use their WI-FI. We would stay here again.

We camped here in our 40' quad slide motor home. The site was large (3) with 50 amp, water and sewer. It also had a table. Landscaping is gravel with tumbleweeds. Just fine for overnight with full hookups and quiet. We would stay here again overnight. It is better than the Ramada Inn Tonopah Station RV Park.

We camped here in a 40' 4 slide motor home using our Good Sam discount. Personnel were very nice and helpful. The road going into the campground was dusty but pretty smooth. This is a treed campground with dirt, fire pit and table. It does have a swimming area. This is on a working cattle ranch. We would probably check out another campground in the area, is we were passing through.

We camped here in a 40' 4 slide motor home using our Passport America discount. This is one of our favorite campgrounds as the personnel are very nice and helpful and most sites are concrete with full hookups and they are wide. The laundry facility is bright and clean. We would camp here again.

We camped here using our Passport America and Good Sam memberships. We would stay here again. Very well kept park and personnel are excellent. Prior reviews accurate. We stayed overnight here in our 40' 4 slide motorhome. OK for overnight. Wouldn't stay here any longer. Behind casino and noisy. If you go into the casino what your purse/wallet. My wallet was pick pocketed. Be careful. Would not stay here again.

We camped here in a 40' motorhome using our Resorts of Distinction membership. We had 50 amp with full hookups. Small concrete patio. Wide site. Cell phone wavered between Verizon and Extended network. Not a strong signal. Ended up using our external antenna and switching to analog. Airplanes/jets overhead as park is below the flight path. Windy. Park personnel friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

We camped here using our Thousand Trails membership. Spaces are tight along with the streets. Our 50 amp site consisted of two 30 amp hookups. Did have a table and personnel were friendly and helpful. Some casinos within walking distance. Small park. Can't complain much as it is in Las Vegas.

We camped here in a 40' motorhome, using our ROD membership. As stated previously, the park is rock. Sites are large. Activities, meals, library, swimming pool, hot tub, mini-golf available. Personnel are friendly. Thirty-five miles from Quartsite. Other touring sites within driving distances. Great area for ATVs and desert activities. We had 50 amp and full hookups. Shopping is distant. We had cell service utilizing our external cell service - sometimes even without our external antenna. We would return.

Older park but kept nice. We camped here in a 40' motorhome using our Western Horizon membership. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Christmas dinner was excellent. We were parked on the knoll, hill behind and had lots of room between. The upper parking area is the nicest for views and room. We had full hookups. Sure would be nice if 50 amp service were available. Quiet place and close to sightseeing areas. We would camp here again.

We camped here in a 40' motorhome using Passport America. Sites were good size and we had 50 amp. WIFI was free and worked well. This is a good park for short term. Surrounding mountains pretty and close to all shopping with a nice laid back atmosphere. We would return.

Last review well stated. We were in Area A, Site 21 with 50 amp, tent area with fire pit, patio with table, grill and lantern hook. The site is paved, long with separate car parking area, and level. Full hookups. The park is very nice and well kept. Lake is right here. We parked here in a motorhome. We would return even though it is more expensive than the County Park.

We enjoyed our stay here in a motorhome in the lower campground, space 13. The site was mostly level but did slope toward the drainage ditch. Heavy rains bring mud onto the pad. We parked on a concrete pad with room for our chairs. Grass, with a table, along side the pad. We had internet and TV. Cell phone with amplifier and antenna. The personnel, Catherine, Claire, Joyce, and Jim were fabulous. We would return here again.

We camped here in a 40' motorhome using the Western Horizon membership. We enjoyed this campground very much. We were parked next to a pond that had little fish, frogs, and a turtle. The lake had ducks, heron, egrets, turtle and fish. The personnel was exceptionally friendly and hopeful. This is the first Western Horizon park that has had a picnic table. We had 50 amp also. An excellent place and we will definitely be back.

We camped here using the Thousand Trails membership. We were in Phase 2, site 2 with full hookups. Would like to have had 50 amp but 30 amp did fine. We had a patio, table, grill. Our internet ,on the roof of our motorhome, worked but we had to use a portable dish for TV due to trees. Our cell phone worked until the last couple days when we had to use the antenna and booster. We enjoy the Natchez Trace Parkway and would stay here again.

We camped here in a 40' motorhome using the Resorts of Distinction (ROD) membership. The park is heavily treed. There is a small section with full hookups. Otherwise, the park is water and electric with a dump station. The roads need some work as the pavement is cracking and falling apart. There are sites for large motorhomes but the majority of sites are for smaller vehicles and tents. Personnel are helpful and friendly. We would return here again.

Beautiful setting. Sits on and overlooks the hills and a pond. All grass except for interior gravel roads. Well manicured. We were in site P which was pull through on the grass. We had 50 amp, a table and fire pit. Good Verizon phone, satellite internet and TV signals. Site width good. Campground requires extra pay for use of air conditioning, heater, and WiFi. If in the area, we would stay here again. Lovely.

Excellent RV Resort. Staff are exceptionally friendly and professional. Sites are superb with extra large, long pull through manicured grassy sites. All sites have a nice table. Roads are gravel but in excellent shape. There is a community fire pit. A good food restaurant is right next door. Close to Bangor, Maine and not far to the Bar Harbor and Arcadia National Park. If we were in this area again, we would definitely stay here.

Using Passport America. Sites are side to side pull though with grass. Each site has a table and fire ring. Park is located on the river and sits below a highway. It is quiet though. Coming into the park is bumpy but interior roads are fine (gravel). Park offers a mine tour and river floating plus rentals of canoes and kayaks. Would come back to see more of the area. Friendly and helpful personnel.

We using the Resorts of Distinction membership. The 4 1/2 mile road to the campground is very bumpy for around 4 miles. The campground is heavily treed with few open sites for satellite use. We using Passport America. We question this park as really being Big Rig access because of overhead wires that touched our antenna's on the way into the parking area. Our coach is 12' 4" high. Hopefully the wires will be raised. We would not return because of the following: From Exit 63, we had to unhook our tow as it is impossible to make the turn into the campground driveway, which goes down a hill to the campground. Entrance and interior roads have numerous large and deep pot holes. When getting out of the motorhome to sign in, we were told to walk around the owners dog as it bites. Not a very welcoming entrance. Office is nonexistent. We waited outside to be shown to our site. Upon settling into the site, we encountered many large piles of dog crap - recent and past from a very large dog. Smell and walk areas around coach are bad. Waste was never picked up in the time we were there. Many piles of garbage was around the park and finally removed on the 3rd day we were here. Garbage and dog piles account for the numerous insect activity. Upon connecting the sewer, we discovered it was plugged. Owner was made aware of both items but not corrected before we left. On a positive note, site has a new table, a fire ring, 50 amp, and is large, level, and grassy plus inexpensive using Passport America. The owner is friendly and told us that the campground has been flooded three times in the recent past.

We parked here in a motorhome using the AOR membership (Adventure Outdoor Resorts). Large site, table, fire ring. We were in the open area. There were shaded sites with some close. We camped here in a 40' motorhome. Sites are very narrow (in C section) with a table and fire ring. Thankfully no one used their fire ring. We had to move the motorhome forward to be able to put the awning out. A lot of permanent residences - no blue tarps though. Personnel friendly. Separate swimming pools. Easy access to tourist activities, ie: Shenandoah National Park, Monticello, Harpers Ferry (WV), caverns etc.

We stayed here in a 40' motorhome using the ROD membership. This is an older park with most sites in heavily treed areas. New cement was poured for 13 open sites but not open for use yet. We camped in a grassy area that had a table. Under trees but we had satellite and TV reception. Interior roads are narrow. Was about a 20 mile narrow, no shoulder road to get to the campground. Personnel are friendly. Looks like the park is putting some money into sites. Does have a very nice Recreation Facility (fee) and Clubhouse.

We parked here in our 40' motorhome using our ROD membership. Park is on a hill. Our site (46) was very nice. We parked on concrete with a wood patio including table and bench. The site overlooked the lake. The railroad tracks are close but not very noisy. Relaxing and quiet while we were there.

Nice open site. There are many sites that are in the trees. Even though the pools don't open until Memorial Day, it is nice to have an adult pool and a family pool. The club houses are nice and separate for adults and families. There are lots of choices for children. Peace and quiet for adults. Very nice park even though our site was a little unlevel. People were very friendly and helpful. The only drawback we saw was a lot of 30 amp users using the 50 amp sites. We would return.

We camped here in a 40' motorhome using the ROD membership. We stayed in a 50 amp site with new asphalt which was nice. Would have been nicer if the site would have been leveled before being asphalted. The park is located on a hill with some sites terraced. Lots of trees but we were able to get satellite internet and TV. Nice and quiet park. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

We camped here in a motor home during Bike Week. The Thousand Trail site was under the trees. We were able to get internet from our satellite on the roof and TV from the portable dish. Sites are small. Noisy due to all the motor cycles. Concrete patio is crumbling. Sand. Ready to move on.

We stayed here in a motorhome using our AOR membership. Friendly, helpful staff. Many snowbirds fill the park for several months at a time. Resort is located about 25 miles from any significant shopping. Soft sand requires use of large jack pads and could make it difficult if raining.

We stayed here in a motorhome. Site width was adequate. Nice clean, gated park. The real draw back was that we were backed up next to the freeway. The noise was horrendous with all the truck and car traffic. Lots of sand even though there was grass. Nice to see a dog park included in the RV Resort. Many long term sites. Personnel were friendly and helpful. We would not stay here again unless we could get a site away from the freeway.

Heavily wooded. Almost impossible to get a satellite signal. We were lucky. Site 55 allowed us internet/tv from our satellite on top of our motor home. We were here in December and the Suwannee Lights are great. This is a Music Park with a campground with emphasis on the music. Friendly and helpful staff. Small store and a restaurant on site. Probably many activities during peak season. Relaxing time.

Older park. Not really set up for big rigs. Hard to maneuver. Hard to get a satellite signal due to all the trees. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Indoor and outdoor pools. Lots of activities.

Older park. Sites were back-in with bushes closing off each site. Had a table and we were backed up to a pond. Well kept campground. Biting bugs in the evening. Fronds needed to be trimmed on the exit side. Large club room with books. Small store on site. Approximately 25 miles west of Perry. Not close to Lamont. About 1 1/2 mile walk to the Gulf of Mexico. Personnel were friendly. Very restful and friendly resort.

Adequate campground. We were in a pull through site with 50 amp, water and sewer. Site was unlevel and not compacted. When it rained the jacks sunk into the ground and the site was muddy. Facilities were well kept and personnel were nice.

One hundred and twenty six sites are full hookups. Others are water and electric only. We were lucky to obtain a full hookup site. Our site had a patio, picnic table, and standing BBQ. Lots of treed sites. Roads need some repair. Many picturesque sites within an easy drive. Especially the Natchez Trace Parkway. Staff friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

Very nice and well kept park. Each site is pull through with a patio and table. Can see the lake from every site. Lots of fishing on the lake. Grassy and level sites. Personnel are friendly and helpful. Security on premises. Around 20 miles away from a town. My husband very happy here. We toured the area every day but one. If in the area but sure to see the Ava Marie Grotto and the Catherdral Caverns. We would come here again.

This is also a NACO park. We had a good site in the full hookup section. Site 8. We were here during the off season. There are approximated 40 sites in the 50 amp, full hook up section which is in mainly an open area. The rest of the sites are water and electric only except for the On Site Storage area. Nice to see the On Site Storage area as a completely separate section. We would stay here again.

We stayed here in September 2006. Very nice campground with 30 amp. Close to freeway so hear freeway noise when outside. Otherwise quiet. Nice personnel. Great indoor swimming pool. Campfire rings and tables at each site.

Many on-site storage units, but many sites available on a first come basis. Quiet peaceful well maintained park. Large indoor pool. Convenient to Dayton and Cincinnati.
